How do I buy a gun online?

When you find a firearm that you are interested in purchasing, the first step is to make sure that it is legal for you to own. Gun laws vary from state to state. When you create a free account with us, your shipping options will automatically populate. Once your payment has been received, we will prep your order to be shipped. Firearms need to be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your state. If you need help finding one, you can use our Locator during checkout to find one in your area. Dealers usually charge a small fee to process the transfer. We recommend that you contact the FFL to find out their pricing & procedures prior to selecting them. Items typically ship 1-2 business days after payment & FFL info have been received. When your package arrives, you will meet with your local FFL to complete the paperwork that is required where you reside.

Do you have a retail store?

We do not have a brick & mortar retail location. Local pickups, sales, & transfers are by appointment only. The best way to reach us is by e-mail - 

If I buy something on another website or from an out-of-state dealer, can I have it sent to you?

Of course. Our transfer fee is $25.00. LEO/Military discounted price is $20.00. Please make sure that the item is legal for you to own prior to making the purchase. If you have any questions about the legality of the item, we are happy to assist. At this time, we are only accepting shipments from other FFL's. We will need the seller's contact information and your order or auction number so that we can make arrangements with them for shipment. 

Do you buy used guns or trade?

Yes. If you have a firearm that you are interested in selling or trading, please start by e-mailing us a few pictures of it. We ask that you include as much information as possible so that we can get you the best price for it. Make, model, condition, any upgrades/modifications, etc. If you have the original box and/or paperwork, that is helpful information as well. We do not buy ammo or accessories.

I live in Connecticut and want to purchase a firearm from you. Will I need to pay shipping or a transfer fee if I pick it up?

We do have to charge 6.35% CT sales tax on local sales, but you will not have to pay a transfer fee or shipping if you will be making arrangements to pick it up We are located in Enfield, CT and usually book appointments a few days in advance. If you have any questions about the permits required to purchase firearms, ammo, or magazines in Connecticut - please contact us prior to placing your order.

I am interested in purchasing something that I cannot find on your website. Can you special order it?

We do work with a few distributors and manufacturers that don't sync with our website. It is possible that one of them may have what you are looking for. Special orders typically take 1-2 business days. We will need the UPC of the item to research its pricing and availability for you.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through a secure payment gateway. There aren't any additional fees for credit card payments. Other forms of payment may be accepted for local purchases. Please contact us to make these types of arrangements. 

The price on something I bought has changed. What happened?

Our pricing fluctuates several times per day. It is based on which distributors have the item(s) available. Our margin percentages remain the same as our goal is to always provide you with the best price available - real time. We are not able to offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
